By using the services of J&S Cargo Express Logistics (“J&S Cargo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before shipping with us.

1. Our Services

J&S Cargo provides freight forwarding and logistics services, including air freight, ocean freight, consolidation, and local delivery/collection options. All shipments are handled in accordance with international shipping regulations and local customs laws.

2. Rates, Charges & Payments

  • Shipping charges are based on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.

  • A Processing Fee of USD $2 applies per shipment.

  • For shipments over 10 lbs, an additional $500 per additional lb applies.

  • Rates and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment must be made before delivery or release of packages.

  • Unpaid balances may result in delays, storage fees, or non-release of shipments.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate sender and receiver details.

  • Declare correct item descriptions and values.

  • Ensure shipments comply with customs and shipping regulations.

4. Prohibited & Restricted Items

The following items are not allowed:

  • Illegal drugs, firearms, ammunition, explosives

  • Flammable or hazardous materials

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Cash, gift cards, or high-value jewelry (unless approved)

  • Perishable items without prior approval

J&S Cargo reserves the right to refuse any shipment that violates the law.

5. Customs, Duties & Clearance

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.

  • Delays caused by customs inspections are outside our control.

6. Delivery Time

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to customs processing, airline schedules, weather, or other unforeseen events.

7. Liability

J&S Cargo Express Logistics is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by:

  • Customs authorities

  • Airlines or shipping carriers

  • Acts of God or unforeseen circumstances

Liability, where applicable, is limited to the value declared at the time of shipment.

8. Insurance

  • Insurance is optional and must be requested at the time of shipping.

  • Without insurance, compensation for loss or damage may be limited.

9. Claims

  • All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or collection.

  • Proof of value and photos may be required.

10. Storage & Abandoned Packages

  • Packages not collected within 30 days may attract storage fees.

  • Long-uncollected packages may be treated as abandoned and disposed of according to company policy.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for:

  • Shipping prohibited items

  • Non-payment

  • Fraud or abuse of service

  • Abusive behavior toward staff

12. Changes to These Terms

J&S Cargo Express Logistics reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
